Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for all cancellations within 18 hours of the scheduled appointment.
I also charge 100% of the services you book for all no-shows.
Every 5 minutes you are late is a additional $5 to your service! Along with that if you are 15 minutes or later to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the services you booked and your appointment will be cancelled.
